Freshers Clearance

FRESHERS INFORMATION : UNIOSUN CLEARANCE EXCERCISE

After obtaining admission, the next stage for freshers is to do clearance. The clearance is always in two stages, Stage 1 is done immediately after resumption. During the First stage,you the  wil be ask to tender the following documents for verification.

• O'level results
• Jamb registration slip and Result slip
• Post Utme application slip
• Post Utme result slip
• Jamb Admission Letter and
• Uniosun Provisional Admission letter

Upon completion of the first stage of the Screening,those who have all those required documents will be cleared and will be given 3 file and will also be told to proceed with the payment of School fees and medical fees so as to continue with the second stage of the screening.
The following documents are required for the second stage

1. Jamb Admission Letter (Coloured Printout)
2. Student Record Form Parent Record Form
3. Uniosun Provissional Admission Slip
4. Fresh Student Acceptance Clearance Form
5. Jamb Result
6. Post-Utme Result slip
7. O'level Result slip
8. Birth Certificate
9. Certificate of Origin
10. Medical Form
11. Valid Parent Tax Clearance
12. Attestation Letter
13. Online Receipt
14. Online Course Registration Form
15. Matriculation Oath
16. Payment Receipt for Matriculation Gown
17. Osun State Development Levy

Arrange your documents and put them in a file the way it is been listed above but do not pin them yet, make three (3) copies each of the listed items. Clearance commences at the at the Admission Office of each Campus Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 4pm each day.


 Follow instructions when you get to school, ask questions from others, do not be shy. Find your course mates also.
